ทำไมสไลด์เป็นรอยๆ ครับ

ซื้อมาได้อาทิตย์นึงไปร้านซองปืน เค้าแน่ะนำบอกว่าซองชามัวร์หรืออะไรนี่แหละจำชื่อไม่ได้ครับ เป็นซองพกในใช้แล้วไม่ต้องดูแล้ว ใช้ไปนานๆมันจะเป็นรูปตามตัวปืนเลย สามวันผมพกไม่ได้ดู พอเอาออกมาดูมันเหมือนคราบลูกรังนะครับ เช็ดออกวันที่สองก็เป็นอีก เลยรู้ว่าเป็นสนิม พอไปถามร้าน ร้านบอกว่ายังไงก็ต้องเอาออกมาดูบ้าง ไม่ใช่ใส่ตลอด ตอนที่ซื้อไม่เห็นพูดอย่างนี่นิ เลยเป็นรอยอย่างที่เห็นครับ นกกับเซฟก็เป็นนะครับ มีรูปขยายแต่หาไม่เจอ เซ็งมากเลย

เสียดายที่หาปืน (สน. สก.) ยากมาก (ไม่มีแล้ว) ครับ  :~)

เนื่องจาก BUL M5 โครงปืนเป็น Polymer แม้ว่าจะเป็นปืนในแบบ 1911 ก็ตาม

แต่เนื่องจากแม็กกาซีนปืนเป็นแถวคู่จึงทำให้โครงปืนจะใหญ่กว่าปืน 1911 โดยทั่วไป

ทำให้ไม่สามารถใช้ซองพกนอกแบบโพลิเมอร์ขึ้นรูปสำหรับปืน 1911 (เช่น Black Hawk,IMI,Fobus) โดยทั่วไปได้

ต้องใช้ซองเฉพาะ ซึ่งตอนนี้ก็มีของยี่ห้อ Frontline ซึ่งเป็น Keydex ที่ทำมาเฉพาะรุ่นสำหรับ BUL M5

แต่ตอนนี้โดยบังเอิญผมมีซอง Fobus รุ่น GL2-ND ซึ่งใช้กับปืน Glock 19/26 นำมาลองใส่ BUL M5 Ultra-X 3 นิ้วดู

ปรากฎว่าใส่กันได้แบบพอดิบพอดี หากนำไปใส่พวก M5 Commander (4 นิ้ว) หรือ Goverment (5นิ้ว) ก็สามารถใส่กันได้

แต่ปลายกระบอกปืนจะยื่นออกมาครับ... สาวก BUL M5 ที่ยังหาซองพกนอกไม่ได้ ก็ลองไปหา Fobus รุ่นนี้มาใช้ดูครับ....  :e

วันไหนอยากดูเป็นทหารหน่อย หาด้ามไม้แบบมีข้าวหลามตัดที่น็อต บน-ล่าง ก็ทำได้
ทั้งหมดที่ว่ามา ปืนชนกลุ่มน้อย ทำไม่ได้ มันก็เท่านั้นเอง
อย่างอื่น มันก็ 1911 ชั้นดี ยิงแม่นอีกด้วยจ้า.....

ปลอกดีดเข้าหน้าแก้ยังไงดีครับ เกือบทุกนัด

เหตุการณ์นี้เกิดกับปืนของผม BUL M5 Ultra-X เมื่อประมาณกลางปี 56 ที่ผ่านมา

BUL M5 มีจุดอ่อนครับ ไม่รู้ว่าทางโรงงานทราบหรือยัง? ผมก็ไม่เก่งภาษาปะกิตเลยไม่ได้เมลล์ไปแจ้ง

ปัญหาของผมคือรูร้อยสลักตัว main spring housing ด้านท้ายด้ามปืนมันแตกออกมาเอง

ผมไม่ได้ทำปืนตก หรือ หล่นใดๆ ทั้งสิ้น วันนั้นจะเอาไปสนามยิงปืน หยิบขึ้นมาแตกออกมา

เฉยเลยครับ.. แต่มีข้อน่าสังเกตคือ ผมลืมขึ้นนกค้างไว้ประมาณวันกว่าๆ เกือบๆ สองวัน

คิดว่าตัวโพลิเมอร์ส่วนนั้นมันรับแรงสปริงนกสับนานๆ ไม่ได้ครับ เพราะ สปริงค่อนข้างแข็ง

ง้างนกไว้นานๆ มีสิทธิ์แตกออกมาได้ ผมไม่รู้ว่าช่วงนี้อากาศมันร้อนด้วยหรือเปล่า? (ช่วงเดือนเมษายน)

โพลิเมอร์จึงอ่อนตัว ปืนผมเก็บไว้ในห้องนอน ไม่ได้เอาออกไปตากแดดแต่อย่างใด

แนวทางการซ่อมแซม : ผมได้ยึดตัว mainspring housing โดยใข้กาว epoxy รับแรงยึดติดไปเลย

เพราะ ถ้าไม่ทำแบบนี้ปืนจะใช้งานไม่ได้ เพื่อเสริมแรงอีกชั้นผมได้รัดเคเบิ้ลไทด์ อีกชั้นหนึ่ง

แล้วใช้ Epoxy แบบดินน้ำมันปั้นทับเสริมความแข็งแรง ซึ่ง epoxy แบบนี้ เมื่อแห้งแล้วจะแข็งตัว

สามารถขัดแต่งได้ สรุปทำออกมาแล้วเป็นแบบนี้ครับ

อันนี้ยังไม่ได้ทำสีครับ กำลังหาสีพ่นปืนอยู่ หน้าตาประหลาด แต่รับรองใช้งานได้ตามปกติ

จนทุกวันนี้ก็ยังไม่ได้ทำสี.... เพราะ ยังหาสีไม่ได้ครับ  :~)

ข้อควรระวัง

1. อย่าง้างนกปืนทิ้งไว้โดยเด็ดขาด เมื่อไม่ใช้งานลดนกซะ

2. อย่าให้ด้ามปืนส่วนที่เป็นโพลิเมอร์โดนความร้อน หรือสารเคมี

3. จุดอ่อนนี้หากเป็นปืน 1911 โครงที่เป็นโลหะ คงไม่มีผลอะไร แต่โครงโพลิเมอร์ คงต้องระมัดระวังครับ

ไม่รู้ว่ายี่ห้ออื่นเป็นหรือเปล่า?

หน้าร้านครับ แต่ของผมสวัสดิการจัดมา 56 ปีที่แล้ว

ท่านใดสนใจจะให้เช่าปืน ถ่ายหนังบ้างครับ  จะไม่มีการยิงลูกแบล้งค์ในปืนท่านในกองถ่าย  จะยิงแห้งเท่านั้น  แล้วทำไฟกับเสียงในคอม  

ให้กระบอกละ 1000 ต่อวัน คนมาคุมวันละ 500 ครับ   ตัวอย่างเอามา 2 กระบอก  ก็เป็นปืน 2000  คนคุม 500  เป็น 2500 ต่อวันครับ

ถ้ายอมให้ยิงลูกแปล้งได้ ให้กระบอกละ 1500 / วัน  โดย ต้องยอมให้ถอดลำกล้องจริงไปเป็นแบบทำเทียมที่โรงกลึงเพื่อมาใส่ยิงลูกแบล้งได้  **

ถ้าเป็นเหมือนกัน ของผมก็ปกติ แต่ถ้าไม่เหมือนกัน คงต้องประกอบกันใหม่ล่ะครับ  :~) :~) :~) :~) :~)

แม้อาจต้องจบด้วยการซื้อคืน หรือยกปืนใหม่มาให้ทั้งกระบอกก็ตาม

คำตอบจากผู้เกี่ยวข้อง ดูเหมือนเป็นไปตามธรรมชาติของมนุษย์ในการ"ปัดสวะ"ให้พ้นตัว
ผมมีประเด็นข้อสงสัยว่าตัวแทนทางการค้าของBULในประเทศไทยหรือภาคพื้นนี้เป็นใคร
อาจไม่ใช่ร้านปืนที่ขายก็เป็นได้ จึงไม่มีอำนาจต่อรองแนะนำกับโรงงาน

ภาพและเรื่องราวที่ได้เห็น มันแสดงถึงความบกพร่องในการออกแบบ+ความบกพร่องของวัสดุ
ความบกพร่องมันแก้ไขได้ แต่ถ้าบวกกับการแสดงออกว่าไม่รับผิดชอบไม่ใส่ใจ
เมื่อเป็นเรื่องแพร่ไปในวงการปืน  มันคือการทำลายธุรกิจของตัวเองโดยแท้

ผมไม่รู้ถึงรายละเอียดการสื่อสารกัน  แต่จดหมายถึงBULดูมีรายละเอียดการแจงปัญหาและการถามความรับผิดชอบไว้น้อย
คำตอบจากVPของBULยิ่งสั้นยิ่งน้อยกว่า

ถ้าตัวแทน"ที่แท้จริง"ของBUL ได้จับปัญหานี้ แล้วรายงานสำทับบนพื้นฐานความรับผิดชอบ
และผลกระทบทางชื่อเสียงของธุรกิจ ........... ผมเชื่อว่าบทสรุปต้องเปลี่ยนไป

ถ้าผมได้คำตอบจากBULแบบนี้ เป็นต้องแจงยาวว่าเขาควรต้องรับผิดชอบความบกพร่องอย่างไร
และหากแจงแล้ว ยังเงียบ ยังดื้อ ก็ถือเป็นหลักฐานแสดงต่อสาธารณะเป็นข้อเท็จจริงไม่ใช่หมิ่นประมาท ใช้สื่อต่อสาธารณะแบบกัดไม่ปล่อย

เท่าที่ฟังดู การที่ร้านอ้าง ว่ามีการซื้อขายเปลี่ยนมือกันไปแล้วร้านจึงไม่รับผิดชอบ
อันนี้ถ้ารร้านพูดจริง ก็ถือว่าไม่รับผิดชอบครับ
ส่วนอีกเรื่องทางร้านจะดำเนินการสั่งเฟลมตัวใหม่เข้ามาให้ ราคาประมาาณ 3 หมื่นกว่า
อันนี้ผมว่าร้านคงไม่ได้อะไรมาก เพราะราคาค่าโค้วต้าอาวุธปืนกระบอกหนึ่งก็ 3 หมื่นแล้วครับ
ส่วนตัวผมถือครองอาวุธปืนรุ่นที่มีปัญหา 2 กระบอก กระบอกแรกแบ่งให้เพื่อนไป (ก็คือกระบอกที่เกิดปัญหา)
ส่วนอีกกระบอกผมยังใช้อยู่ในปัจจุบัน ก็ยังไม่เห็นอาการแบบกระบอกดังกล่าวนะครับ

ผมมีอยู่ 2 กระบอก Commander กับ Government
ได้มาหลายปีแล้ว ลุยด้วยกันมาตลอด ก็ไม่พบปัญหานี้ครับ.. ;)

เรื่องของเรื่องอาจเป็นเพราะติดกฎหมายบ้านเราก็ได้ครับ
